Product basics
What content types does LearnLedger support? +
Rich-text, video (MP4 and WebM), documents (PDF, Word, PowerPoint, auto-converted so every learner sees the same thing), and quizzes with a pass threshold.
How long does it take to get a first course live? +
Under ten minutes: register, create a course, add a module and a text block, publish, assign to a department.
Which browsers are supported? +
Any current Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Edge. Passkey sign-in needs Safari 16+, Chrome 109+, Firefox 122+, or Edge 109+.
Is there a mobile app? +
Not yet, the web app is responsive and works well on phones. A native mobile app is on the roadmap.
Users & roles
What counts as a user? +
Any active workspace member, admins, course managers, and learners. Invited but unaccepted users and deactivated users don't count against your limit.
What are the roles? +
Company Admin (everything in the workspace), Course Manager (builds and assigns courses), Employee (takes assigned courses). Multiple roles per user are supported.
Can I have nested departments? +
Yes. Departments are hierarchical and department assignments fan out to every member.
Can I assign a course to an individual? +
Yes. Assignments can target individuals, departments, or both.
Pricing & billing
What happens when my trial ends? +
Your workspace auto-downgrades to the Free plan on day 15. Existing data stays. Any content above the Free limits becomes read-only until you upgrade or archive it.
Can I cancel at any time? +
Yes. Access continues until the end of your current paid period. No dark-pattern cancellation flows.
Monthly vs yearly, what's the difference? +
Yearly = 2 months free. Monthly can be cancelled any month.
Is VAT included? +
EU customers are billed with the applicable VAT. Valid EU VAT numbers reverse-charge automatically.
Who processes payments? +
An EU-regulated payment processor. Invoices are generated and reconciled automatically by our EU invoicing partner, no card data on our servers.
Security & compliance
Do you support passkey-only authentication? +
Yes, it's the only login method. No passwords anywhere.
How is my workspace isolated? +
Each workspace runs on strictly separated data. Cross-workspace access is refused by default and regularly verified with automated tests.
Where is my data hosted? +
Entirely on EU infrastructure. Your data never leaves the EU, including in the billing path.
Can I get a data processing agreement? +
Yes, request one from support@learnledger.com.
Can I audit every action? +
Yes. Every significant action is written to an append-only audit log, role-scoped for viewing and CSV-exportable.
Integrations
Is there a public API? +
Yes, generate a personal access token from your settings and reach endpoints for your account, courses, progress, and certificates.
Do you have Slack integration? +
Drop a Slack incoming-webhook URL in workspace settings. Course completions post into your channel.
Do you support SSO? +
Google and Microsoft sign-in are available as alternatives for existing users, no additional provisioning needed.
How do invoices work? +
Every subscription invoice is generated and reconciled automatically, your finance team gets clean records, every month, without chasing us.
Data ownership
Can I export my data? +
Yes, streaming CSV exports per course and per team on every plan. Full-DB exports on request.
What happens when I delete my workspace? +
All data is retained for 30 days (for recovery), then permanently deleted.
Do you train AI on my data? +
No. Your workspace data is yours. We don't use it for training.
