Pricing questions
The ones we get asked most often.
What counts as a user? +
Any active member of your workspace, admins, course managers, and learners. Invited but unaccepted users and deactivated users don't count.
What happens at the end of the trial? +
Your workspace auto-downgrades to the Free plan. Existing content stays intact, any courses above the Free limit become read-only until you upgrade or archive them.
Can I switch plans mid-cycle? +
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the end of the current paid period.
Who processes the payment? +
An EU-regulated payment processor. Cards and SEPA are handled securely, no card details ever touch our servers.
Is VAT included? +
EU customers are billed with the applicable VAT. Valid EU VAT numbers reverse-charge automatically.
Where is my data stored? +
Entirely on EU infrastructure. Your data never leaves the EU.
