Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of LearnLedger. By signing up you agree to these terms.

Service. LearnLedger provides a software-as-a-service learning platform accessible via the web. The features on your plan at the time of sign-up continue to apply for the duration of the subscription.

Payment. Paid plans are billed in advance via Mollie. You can cancel at any time and retain access until the end of the current paid period.

Data. Your workspace data belongs to you. You can export it at any time via the CSV export features. On cancellation we retain data for 30 days and then permanently delete it.

Acceptable use. Don't upload malware, illegal material, or content that violates others' rights. We may suspend workspaces that do.

Limitations. LearnLedger is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. Our total liability is capped at the fees you paid in the preceding 12 months.
