Privacy Policy

We process personal data on your behalf as part of running LearnLedger. This page explains what and why.

What we collect. Account data (name, email), workspace content you upload, passkey credentials (public keys only, never private), audit logs of significant actions, and billing data via Mollie/Moneybird.

Why. To run the service: authenticating users, serving courses, processing payments, keeping audit trails for your compliance needs.

Where. EU hosting. Mollie (payment processor) and Moneybird (invoicing) are Dutch companies.

Subprocessors. Mollie (payments), Moneybird (invoicing), the SMTP provider configured by your workspace admin, and our hosting provider. A current list is available on request.

Your rights. Access, rectify, export, delete, email privacy@learnledger.com.

Retention. Account data is retained while your workspace is active. Audit logs are kept for 7 years for compliance auditability. On cancellation, data is purged after 30 days.
